Are you a person with a winning mentality and high ambitions who wants to influence your own salary – with a guaranteed salary and the possibility of unlimited commission? Then the role of a sales representative at Bonnier might be for you! We are part of the Nordic leading media group, Bonnier News AB, and are now looking for more sales representatives for our office in Örebro.

About the Role

As a sales representative at Bonnier, you will work Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM. The day starts with a joint kickoff where we go through the day's goals. You will then speak daily with individuals and business owners in Sweden's business sector via phone, offering them subscriptions to the Nordic leading business newspaper Dagens industri, Dagens nyheter, and 40 of Sweden's largest local newspapers such as Närkes Allehanda, Helsingborgs Dagblad, and Sydsvenskan. The workday is interspersed with sales, coaching sales meetings, and fun activities and sales competitions.

Since our start in 2014, Bonnier News Inhouse Sales has undergone significant expansion, marking our importance in the industry. We have grown from an office with five employees to nearly 100 sales representatives distributed across our offices in Västerås, Norrköping, Örebro, and Eskilstuna. With total sales of 151 million in 2025, nothing can stop us!

As a sales representative at Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, you have the opportunity to influence your own salary through an unlimited commission model and a guaranteed salary every month. You will receive training in modern sales techniques from our experienced sales coaches and sales managers who have over 10 years of experience in the industry. As an employee at Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, there are also development opportunities within the entire Bonnier group.

Who Are You?

You are meticulous and organized, which ensures that you always deliver quality in your work, and you handle stressful situations calmly and steadily.

Qualifications:

  • Good ability to communicate and meet customers via phone and email/writing.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in proactive sales is an advantage.
  • Experience in sales within the media industry is a plus.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period.

The office is centrally located in Örebro at Nikolaigatan 3.
