About the position

We are now looking for engaged and service-oriented employees for the role of Customer Coordinator to support our client during the spring and summer. Here, you and your colleagues are the spiders in the web for complex transport flows and serve as the primary contact point for customers. You are responsible for delivering a high-quality experience throughout the customer journey – from order placement to follow-up.

The work involves managing the administrative and operational flow of transport. You will work in an environment where conditions can change rapidly, which requires you to remain calm and prioritize when disruptions occur.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for the customer in operational matters
• Answer customer inquiries regarding capacity, transport, quality, and follow-up
• Carry out and coordinate order placement, freight documents, and contract administration.
• Book and monitor transports
• Notify customers of deviations and arrivals of transports
• Communicate internally and externally regarding deviations, disruptions, and status

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in customer service and administration
• Has good computer and system skills
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience working with Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of SAP or similar business systems
• Experience in the logistics industry
• A driver's license and access to a car for easy transportation to the workplace

• Responsible and curious: You take ownership of the customer journey and quickly familiarize yourself with new flows and systems.

Additional information:

• Location: Hallsberg
• Start: Immediate in April
• Scope: Part-time during spring, about 2 days per week. Full-time from week 26-31, with the possibility of working extra if needed in the fall
• Working hours:-Daytimeor-Shift work daytime+evening+weekend, hours scheduled between 06:00-21:15
• The position requires a background check from the criminal record register
