The Recruitment Unit is part of Healthcare's HR and works with recruitment, staffing, and management support. We have a total of 11 employees, three of whom are temporary doctor coordinators who work closely together but with individual responsibility for different operations. Region Örebro County actively works to reduce dependence on temporary staff, and as a temporary doctor coordinator, you will play an important role in that work.

Temporary Doctor Coordinator, Healthcare Administration Job Responsibilities

As a temporary doctor coordinator with us, you will ensure that the right doctors are in the right place at the right time. Your daily tasks involve managing staffing requests from various operations based on current agreements. You will collaborate closely with responsible managers, staffing companies, and your colleagues. You will communicate smoothly and professionally via our temporary doctor coordination system as well as via phone, email, and meetings, both physically and digitally.

You will work on several staffing cases simultaneously, which requires your ability to maintain structure and have a good overview. While focusing on solving the short-term needs, you will also contribute to our long-term work to reduce dependence on temporary staff. As we work based on the national temporary doctor agreement, contract interpretation is a significant part of the daily work to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. The role also includes proactively working to improve our working methods.

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education and a few years of administrative work experience and/or experience in similar tasks. You need to have good knowledge of the Office suite and be accustomed to working in data systems.
