Your Role

As a Commercial Manager, you will be part of a professional business team focused on delivering high-quality solutions to existing and new customers as well as within our partner programs.

The Commercial Management function is responsible for ensuring high quality and timely delivery of quotes and contracts that meet the requirements of customers and partners, according to our governing processes and standards. You are prepared to support and sometimes drive contract negotiations and due diligence processes while actively contributing to the continuous development of our business. The role is primarily office-based, but travel both nationally and internationally to lead or support customer and/or partner meetings and negotiations is required. Some travel between Saab's facilities is also necessary.

The role requires a combination of business acumen and operational engagement. You will provide strategic and practical advice on commercial and contractual matters throughout the contract lifecycle and contribute to increasing commercial awareness within the organization. At the same time, you are expected to take an active role in larger business negotiations and support the team in commercial challenges.

Your Profile

You love business, contracts, and contact with customers and partners, both internally and externally. You are ambitious, curious, and energetic, constantly striving to contribute new ideas and improvements in your daily work.

You thrive on working independently and as part of a business team. You take full responsibility for quality and timely delivery in connection with quote management, pricing, and quote approvals (according to Saab's Win Business process).

You feel comfortable and secure communicating at all levels of the organization. You have a very high level of integrity and stand up for what you believe is right. You are flexible and enjoy working in a professional business team, capable of handling sometimes challenging delivery times.

Since the role involves international collaborations, very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required to effectively communicate and navigate in the global business environment.

We are looking for someone with a university degree in engineering, law, economics, or business administration, or relevant work experience in the field. Furthermore, we believe you have several years of experience in international business operations. You are a person driven by making a difference and want to be part of creating successful businesses in an organization where innovation and security are in focus.
