We manage a modern fleet of approximately 110 units. We transport throughout Sweden with a concentration on Värmland, Dalarna, Mälardalen, and the West Coast.
LBC Logistik was founded in 2003 through the merger of Karlskoga Lastbilscentral and LBC Kristinehamn. Two centers with roots dating back to the 1930s.

Transport Administrator/Planner – Container and Environment
LBC Logistik Eastern Värmland continues to develop, and we are now looking for a structured and responsible Transport Administrator/Planner for our unit in Karlskoga. The position suits you who thrive in the role as the hub between customers, drivers, and the business – and who want to contribute to the company's development in the environmental sector.
About the role
As a Transport Administrator/Planner, you will work in the daily flow of the container and environmental operations. You will follow cases from order to execution and serve as an important contact point both internally and externally.
The work includes, among other things:
- Receiving and registering orders
- Planning and coordinating various types of waste transports
- Ongoing dialogue with drivers and customers
- Administration related to environmental management, freight documents, and deviations
- Invoice documentation, follow-up, and simpler reporting
- Other back-office work
The position requires that you have a good ability to handle many cases simultaneously and that you thrive in an environment where the pace varies throughout the day.
Who we are looking for
To thrive in the role, we believe you are meticulous, service-oriented, and communicative. You are a self-driven, initiative-taking, curious person with a personal drive to develop both yourself and the company. You feel confident making decisions in everyday situations and are used to working in a structured manner even when there is a lot going on.
We would like you to have/can:
- Experience in administration, logistics, the transport industry, or similar
- Good/modern computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new systems and applications.
- Understanding of customer service and the importance of clear communication. You have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
- If you have worked specifically with waste or environmental transports, it is an advantage, but not a requirement.
