We are now looking for a procurement officer with a focus on e-commerce/purchasing and direct procurements.

Currently, there are a total of four procurement officers in the municipality who belong to the Economy and Procurement Unit within the Municipal Executive Board. We are in an exciting development phase within the procurement area and are now looking for a procurement officer who wants to help develop e-commerce/purchasing and direct procurement processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a procurement officer focusing on e-commerce/purchasing and direct procurements, you will primarily be responsible for e-commerce and its systems as well as support for the operations. You will also support and educate the municipality's various operations in e-commerce/purchasing and direct procurement processes. The work may also involve making calls from framework agreements, conducting contract follow-ups, and similar tasks. The position also includes administrative tasks related to procurements, which may vary over time.

The work is independent but also involves collaboration with other employees within the municipality's operations. You will meet many people and get to know the municipality's operations. You are an important representative of the municipality and have the ability to create trust and confidence.

Lindesberg strives for a digitally cohesive purchasing process. As part of this, e-commerce and tools for follow-up are used.

The procurement strategy and guidelines for sustainable procurement form the basis for the municipality's work with procurement. LOU (The Public Procurement Act) and LUF (The Procurement Act in the areas of water, energy, transport, and postal services) regulate the operations. We have a cooperation agreement with Örebro municipality.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a relevant university degree, preferably with a focus on procurement, law, or economics, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. We prefer that you have several years of experience in procurement work and good knowledge of LOU/LUF.

We are looking for someone who is interested in procurement and in working with and developing e-commerce. You are business-minded and have a holistic view, as well as looking out for the organization's best interests. You have pedagogical skills and are attentive to the needs of the operations. You work independently and in an organized manner but also value collaboration with others both internally and externally. We want you to be analytical and have a service-oriented mindset.
