At Instore Business AB, we continuously receive new exciting projects from our clients. For these time-limited assignments, we are constantly looking for new field sales representatives within Grocery Retail and Service Retail across Sweden. The assignments vary greatly in character and purpose, e.g., product launches, campaigns, category or distribution projects. They also vary significantly in duration - from one week to half a year, but regardless of the length of the assignment, the position is always full-time.

For distribution projects within the Pet/Pet Food category, we are now seeking: Field Sales Representatives for district MITT with suitable residence in Karlstad, Örebro, and Borlänge and surrounding areas.

In your role as a field sales representative at Instore Business AB, you always represent the current client and its brands in stores. In this particular assignment, our client and principal is Best Friend. You are the client's ambassador in the field. Your assignment is time and result-oriented, and the purpose and goals of the visits to the stores are clear.

In this assignment, the focus is on distribution, broadening the existing assortment, and following up on planograms in the Pet category.

You plan and carry out your visits in the given district - all to meet deadlines and achieve results.

Your engagement and personality lay the foundation for good relationships between you, the stores, and the client and their brands.

The assignment is full-time Monday to Friday, from 23/3-2026 to 18/6-2026.

You will work with market-leading brands within the category. The assignment involves visiting a number of predetermined stores to ensure that our client's bestsellers and new products are included in the stores' assortment and activating current campaigns for the sales period - all to increase distribution for our client's products.

Your background

We take it for granted that you enjoy Service and Sales, and having a few years of experience in sales and/or service towards grocery retail is an advantage.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who has the drive and curiosity to continue developing in the role of field sales representative.

You have completed high school, and a B driver's license is required for you to take on a position like this.

As a person, you are outgoing and enjoy making new contacts. You like to keep things organized, and you have the ability to structure and plan your time and tasks.

We offer

The employment begins with a two-day introduction in Stockholm where you will also get acquainted with the company and the products you will represent. Throughout the assignment, you will receive coaching from the responsible sales leader of the assignment.

We will go through the character, purpose, and goals of the current assignment, and you will be equipped with all the tools needed to carry out the assignment in the best possible way, such as:
Company car, iPad with sales support and reporting system, as well as sales and marketing materials.
