We work with idea-based B2B sales – that is, only towards companies – we collaborate with well-known organizations such as Giving People, Nattvandrarna, Småföretagarnas Riksförbund, and Stiftelsen Aktiv Skola. These are meaningful sales assignments that make a difference in society.

💼 We offer:

• Base salary according to collective agreement (24,458 SEK) + commission – you control your own income!
• Your own office room and modern premises – work undisturbed but never alone, be yourself and put your stamp on your room. The work environment is important when you spend a lot of time at work.
• Training and coaching from day one – previous sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement – you will receive all the basic training you might need, engaged sales coaches, and once you are comfortable, you will be introduced to our unique training program EKIR (Engagement-Competence-Action-Result).
• Monday to Friday 08:00–16:30 – that’s a 37.5-hour work week, and when you reach your sales goals, you can also choose to finish early.
• Off on public holidays, bridge days, and weekends – hard work should pay off, we value your free time and recovery.
• Collective agreement with Unionen, we also offer wellness benefits and a bike benefit.

📅 Practical:

The position is a full-time employment starting with a six-month temporary contract, then permanent.
