Information about the position
Professionals Nord is seeking a customer service representative on behalf of JMS Water Treatment. JMS Water Treatment markets and sells water purification systems primarily to individual households, vacation homes, and farms with their own water supply. The company started in 1994 in Örebro and is now present in more than 20 locations across the country. You will work in a team alongside technicians, salespeople, and other staff.
The assignment is part of our personnel leasing. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at JMS Water Treatment for six months. The intention is that you will eventually be able to be directly employed by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. Job Responsibilities
JMS Water Treatment offers products within water purification, and in the role of customer service representative, you will be responsible for work related to after-sales and existing customers. Your tasks will include planning and executing sales of services to existing customers and booking service technicians for incoming cases. In the role of customer service representative, you will also be responsible for continuously following up on service, troubleshooting, and ensuring that the company's customers are satisfied. You will actively work towards set sales targets and drive your own and the company's development.
Your main tasks will include:
- Actively calling existing customers and selling services
- Receiving calls via the company's switchboard and contacting existing customers to ensure the best possible service in customer matters
- Managing orders in the company's business system and coordinating technicians' bookings in their calendar
We are looking for someone who:
has completed high school education. You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and speak and write fluently in Swedish and English as both languages are used in the work. It is an advantage if you have previous telephone experience in sales and experience from the technology industry.
