About the role

As a store manager at BRL, you are both a leader and a team player. You drive sales forward, coach the team in their daily tasks, and ensure that the store always delivers a top-class experience.

You are responsible for results, planning, and daily operations – but you don’t sit in the office pointing fingers. You are on the floor. In the conversations. In the store. In the energy.

The store in Örebro also has an assembly hall and a strong demo environment – a big part of the magic at BRL. Here, customers don’t just buy sound. They experience it.

• Lead and develop the team through clear and present coaching
• Create a strong sales culture where we push and lift each other
• Ensure that every customer receives a professional and personal experience
• Be responsible for the store's results and development
• Create structure and drive improvements
• Be an active part of the daily life on the store floor
