We are now looking for engaged and solution-oriented employees for Bonnier News, the largest media company in the Nordics. If you have previous experience in service and are looking for a varied job in a positive and fast-paced environment, this could be the job for you.

Bonnier News customers subscribe to titles such as Expressen and Dagens Nyheter, Expressen's magazines, and various local newspapers. In your role, you will receive and handle customer inquiries regarding payments, subscriptions, complaints, and find the best possible solution for the customer.

A computer will be your primary working tool as you mainly receive your customers via phone and manage subscriptions in various systems. The position is full-time with an immediate start and is located at our office in central Örebro.

• Completed upper secondary education

• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles, preferably in phone or online-based support, is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Good IT skills and system familiarity

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, and has a structured working method. You thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calmness and providing each customer with a professional response. You are problem-solving, responsible, and collaborate well with colleagues.

• Full-time, immediate start

• Working hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
