About the Role

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for recruitment for several clients, both existing and new, with a focus on developing the business and creating added value. You will constantly seek new business opportunities and actively participate in various networks. The role involves a strong focus on prospecting and processing new customers, while we place great importance on maintaining and nurturing our existing customer relationships to always be the client's first choice.

In addition to sales, you will also be responsible for assigning the right consultants to the assignments you bring in, as well as following up and supporting them in their daily work at the client site.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is driven to achieve results and is not afraid to set high goals. You have good experience in recruitment and staffing, and it is an asset if you have worked in B2B sales. You have good knowledge of the local business community and are skilled at building relationships with customers.

You are goal-oriented, business-minded, and have the ability to work in a structured manner without giving up in the face of adversity. With a solution-oriented approach and a positive attitude, you are a team player driven to succeed together with your team and who maintains a high level of activity.

A driver's license and access to your own car are required.
