RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking an academic with an interest in customer relations and data management for the Business Register Section.

At the Business Register Section, you will work alongside engaged colleagues in Örebro. The section's mission includes developing and providing registers at the company level, as well as managing assignments according to the Ordinance on the General Business Register (SFS 1984:692). Data from the General Business Register has a wide reach in society and is used by other authorities as well as actors in the private sector.

Since data from the General Business Register is now free of charge via API, the number of users has increased significantly. Therefore, we need to strengthen our assignment operations.

You will work with other colleagues within the assignment operations regarding the General Business Register. You will perform assignments for both new and existing customers and support new users retrieving data via API.

Performing assignments with us involves understanding and meeting customer needs and finding the best solution for the customer based on those needs. This may involve designing file and table extractions or identifying which of our services best matches the customer's needs.

In the long run, the position may also involve other work within the section's mission.

QUALIFICATIONS

We require you to have:

An academic degree with at least 30 credits in statistics and 30 credits in business administration.
Good ability to express yourself orally and in writing, both in Swedish and English.
Work experience in customer relations or with other external parties.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

Completed one or more courses in programming (particularly advantageous).
Interest in and knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, STATA, SAS, R, or Python.
Experience in statistical production or data management.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Employment type: Permanent employment.

The position is located at the Business Register Section in Örebro. Depending on the operational conditions, there is an opportunity to work from home for part of the time.

The employment is permanent and usually begins with a six-month probation period. The start date will be agreed upon.
