About the role

In your role as a claims adjuster, you will work on:

• Investigating claims and mapping out the sequence of events
• Determining the cause of the damage and identifying the responsible party
• Communicating with customers and contractors, mainly via phone and email
• Contributing to preventing future damages through clear feedback and awareness-raising

You may work with cases related to the Norwegian or Finnish market, and it is advantageous if you have a good understanding of either of these languages. We have well-established routines and processes that support you in your work and ensure fair and efficient claims handling.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in administrative work, documentation, and customer contact – preferably from case handling or service. You are communicative, meticulous, and structured, with the ability to express yourself clearly in both speech and writing.

You thrive on having many balls in the air and have a solution-oriented approach. Documenting cases accurately and efficiently is a given for you.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in claims handling
• Background in insurance
• Knowledge of the Norwegian language
• Experience working with the Norwegian market
• Knowledge of other Nordic languages

Location: Örebro
