Are you a student in Human Resource Management or a related field looking to combine theory with practical experience? We are currently seeking an ambitious Staffing & Recruitment Assistant on a part-time basis who wants to develop within recruitment and HR while studying. With us, you will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility in an inspiring and educational work environment.

About the role: As a Staffing & Recruitment Assistant, you will work with recruitment and support the Consultant Manager in daily operations, which may include everything from booking consultants to following up on assignments. In the recruitment process, you will create job postings, conduct candidate selection, schedule interviews, occasionally conduct interviews, and check references.

Who are you? We are looking for someone currently pursuing post-secondary education in HR or a related field. You are responsible, able to work in a structured and independent manner, and have a solution-focused approach. You are driven by challenges with a positive attitude, enjoy providing service, and are a great team player. You are flexible and available to work several times a week.
