Telia Care & Repair is Sweden's first independent Apple-authorized service partner and is owned by Telia. This means we maintain high quality in our work, always keep the customer's best interests in mind, and are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.

We offer you the opportunity to work with Apple and Samsung products at an authorized workshop, as well as selling Telia's range of services and products in our store. You will get to work with the latest models and continuously learn more about the newest technology. As a technician, you always start from the customer and their needs, so we look for someone with a strong customer focus. The role also includes assisting with sales in the store when needed; as a salesperson, you will sell Telia's services and products to private and corporate customers.

For us, development and improvement are crucial, so you will be given all the resources you need to succeed in the role. You will receive initial training. The position starts with a six-month probationary period with the aim of transitioning to a full-time employment contract.

Your responsibilities:

• You will work in our workshop as a technician, handling cases such as repairs, part replacements, and software updates.
• You will meet our customers in our store, and the work involves some administration and sales.
• You will ensure that the customer receives the necessary help upon collection to use their equipment after service.
• You will assist our customers via phone or email; you should be stress-tolerant and able to maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
• You will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure manufacturer requirements are met.
• You will sell Telia's services and products to private and corporate customers.

You enjoy working with processes, improvement initiatives, and customer interactions. You are our voice and face to the outside world, so you need a pronounced sense of service and technology. A high school education is a minimum requirement, and you must be able to express yourself well in writing in both English and Swedish, and be at least 18 years old.

Your experience:

• Previous experience with similar tasks is preferred
• High school education
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
