About the Position
LBC Logistik Östra Värmland continues to grow, and for our unit in Karlskoga, we are now seeking a structured and responsible Transport Administrator/Planner. This role is perfect for someone who thrives as the hub between customers, drivers, and operations, and who wants to contribute to the company's development within the environmental sector.
About the Role
As a Transport Administrator/Planner, you will work within the daily flow of container and environmental operations. You will follow cases from order to execution and serve as a key contact point both internally and externally.
The work includes, among other things:
- Receiving and registering orders
- Planning and coordinating various types of waste transport
- Ongoing dialogue with drivers and customers
- Administration related to environmental management, freight documentation, and deviations
- Invoicing support, follow-up, and basic reporting
- Other back-office tasks
The position requires the ability to handle multiple cases in parallel and to thrive in an environment where the pace varies throughout the day.
Who We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, we believe you are meticulous, service-oriented, and communicative. You are an independent, initiative-driven, and curious individual with a personal drive to develop both yourself and the company. You feel confident making decisions in daily life and are used to working in a structured manner even when busy.
We prefer that you have/can:
- Experience in administration, logistics, the haulage industry, or similar
- Good/modern computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new systems and applications
- An understanding of customer service and the importance of clear communication. You have excellent command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing
- Experience specifically with waste or environmental transport is an asset, but not a requirement
