Miljonbemanning AB is looking for you who want to work as a consultant with us. You will be employed by Miljonbemanning and work on assignment for a government agency focusing on social surveys.

Are you interested in society and curious to gain insight into how important surveys are conducted in Sweden? Then this could be a perfect summer job for you! The assignment provides valuable experience in communication, data collection, and social analysis.

We are looking for part-time telephone interviewers for a summer assignment in Örebro.

The work involves conducting telephone interviews with randomly selected individuals in Sweden as part of a larger social survey. You will ask questions according to a structured questionnaire and record the answers in a data system.

You will work on-site at the client's premises. Working hours are primarily scheduled for evenings (around 5 PM to 9 PM), but other times may also occur. The most common workdays are Monday to Thursday, but weekend shifts may also be relevant.

This is a summer job starting in May with the opportunity to work throughout the summer until August. The assignment is particularly suitable for students who want to work part-time during the summer.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has an interest in social issues. You enjoy interacting with people and are comfortable communicating over the phone.

• Comfortable following instructions and working in a structured manner

Since some questions may be perceived as sensitive, it is important that you can create security and instill trust in the conversation.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Have a high school diploma

• At least one year of work experience

• Good computer skills

• Very good Swedish in both spoken and written form

• Good communication skills

• Availability to work at least 3 weekday shifts per week

You also need to participate in a mandatory introductory training on-site in Örebro (approximately 1.5 days at the end of April/beginning of May).

• Experience in telephone interviews or similar work

• Experience in service professions, such as retail, healthcare, or education

• High availability during the summer
