Customer Service Representative in Örebro

We are currently looking for someone who wants to work full-time as a customer service representative for upcoming assignments here in Örebro!

About the Position

You will receive incoming calls where the customer is calling into customer service. Service is the main focus, and we are keen to handle the customer's case and then review the customer's needs and offer services through upselling if the service meets the customer's needs.

The assignment is long-term and begins with a paid training. You will be part of a team characterized by both joy at work and a forward-looking attitude. You will be employed by Uniflex, and for the right person, there is a possibility of permanent employment after a period of hiring.

The employment is at 100% during the training period and then transitions to a working degree of 80%.

Your Main Responsibilities

In your role as a customer service representative, you will primarily work with:

• Receiving incoming calls regarding the company's services
• Answering invoice inquiries and simpler subscription questions
• Purchasing products and additional services
• Conducting advanced technical troubleshooting

In your role, you strive to provide world-class service, ensure that the customer has the right service, and offer what fits best with the help of your needs analysis.

• In conversations with customers, you will be multitasking, so it is good if you can keep many balls in the air at the same time

The requirements for the position are good knowledge of both Swedish and English as the work is conducted over the phone and written communication with customers is also required. You should have good computer skills as we use many different data systems. You should also have a high school diploma and be at least 18 years old.
