Job Responsibilities

As a customer service employee, you will be responsible, together with the team, for the entire chain of customer service, from the moment Hasselfors Garden receives customer orders to the goods being sent out to the customer and Hasselfors Garden receiving payment.

Common tasks include:

- Answering questions from customers and consumers

- Order administration

- Customer register

- Transport bookings

- Delivery documents

- Complaints

In this role, you will have contacts both internally and externally, such as customers, carriers, salespeople, and warehouse staff.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with previous experience in administrative work and who is accustomed to service and customer interaction. You are meticulous and engaged in having multiple tasks ongoing simultaneously, and you understand how different work processes are part of a larger flow. You are calm and methodical in your way of working.

Requirements for the position:

- Experience in service and customer interaction

- High school education or equivalent

- Good Swedish in speech and writing, as well as basic knowledge of English

If you have experience working with the Office suite and digital business systems, there is a good chance that we are a good match for each other. As a person, you take responsibility for your tasks and are driven by the team's common goals to contribute to the success of the entire company.

Salary: monthly salary, fixed according to collective agreement

The position is a consulting assignment during the season from March to June with a varied end date
