HR Developer at the County Administrative Board of Örebro
The Department of Operational Support aims to develop the organization and create effective and accessible support systems. We support the organization's work regarding safety, communication, HR, finance, law, and other strategically overarching issues.
We are now looking for a new employee for a fixed-term position in the HR unit!
The HR unit is part of the Department of Operational Support.
The unit's mission is to drive, implement, and provide proactive, operational, and strategic support in HR processes such as competency supply, salary formation, and work environment. The HR unit also supports joint work and assists in collaboration and negotiations with trade unions, as well as coordinating work with management and leadership development. As an HR Developer, you will be part of a team, together with two HR partners, an HR coordinator, and an HR manager.
At the County Administrative Board of Örebro, you will gain both breadth in HR issues and closeness to the organization with short decision-making paths. You will have close collaboration with managers at various levels in the organization.
Job Description
The assignment involves updating and finalizing new working time agreements and reviewing travel time agreements for a limited period (two months). The work will be carried out in collaboration with the authority's trade union. It will also involve training initiatives primarily for the HR function.
The position will not involve involvement in other HR processes.
To be considered for the HR Developer position, you should have a university or college degree with a focus on HR or equivalent as assessed by the employer. The education should be complemented by several years of experience in negotiation work and contract writing. There is also a requirement for very good knowledge of working time regulations and experience working within a government agency.
In addition to the formal qualifications required for the assignment, you need to have an independent, structured working method. You have the ability to see the whole and the context.
You express yourself well in speech and writing and handle digital tools and Office programs without problems. The work as an HR coordinator largely relies on collaboration, so it is required that you are collaborative and have an easy time creating good, constructive relationships.
You act from a professional standpoint with high integrity and understand the importance of handling information you come across in a secure and professional manner.

The employment is a special fixed-term position with a scope of 80% for two months.
