Recruitment Specialist for Epiroc in Örebro

Jefferson Wells is now seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist for an assignment at Epiroc in Örebro.

The assignment starts as soon as possible and runs until July 1, 2026.

About the assignment

As a Recruitment Specialist at Epiroc, you will work in-house and in close collaboration with managers and HR. You will be responsible for independently driving the entire recruitment process from start to finish with high quality and a strong candidate focus.

The assignment is a consulting role via Jefferson Wells. We primarily see you as an employed consultant through us, but we are also open to dialogue with subcontractors with the right experience and availability.

You will mainly work with recruitment in production-related and technical roles, such as:

• Production Technicians
• CNC Operators
• Heat Treatment
• IT and Tech Roles
• Engineering Roles
• Team Lead and Manager Roles

Your tasks will include:

• Requirements profile work together with the manager
• Active search, primarily via LinkedIn
• Competency-based interviews
• Test management and qualified candidate feedback
• Candidate assessment and presentation
• Ongoing dialogue with managers and HR

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 5 years of recruitment experience
• Preferably has worked in-house in a similar organization
• Is used to independently driving the entire recruitment process
• Has experience with competency-based methodology
• Has worked with tests and is confident in providing professional feedback
• Has very good system skills and high competence in LinkedIn as a search tool
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• It is an advantage if you have experience from a global company
