About the Company

Clockwork School Staffing & Recruitment is now looking for a communicator/administrator for one of our partner schools in Örebro. The assignment is a temporary position starting as soon as possible, where you will have the opportunity to work alongside the current position holder during a handover period. The position combines local communication (about 40%) as well as administrative tasks and an IT responsibility of about 45%. For the right person, some library responsibility may also be included in the assignment.

Your Tasks

Communication (about 40%)

• Produce and publish content in digital channels.
• Support the organization in communication-related issues.
• Document and communicate local activities and events.
• Be responsible for simpler photo and video production as needed.

Administration (about 35–45%)

• Administrative support to management and staff.
• Handling student and staff administration.
• Booking, documentation, and coordination of meetings and activities.
• Other administrative tasks within the organization.

IT Responsibility (about 10%)

• Local contact person for IT issues.
• Provide basic support to staff and students.
• Manage orders, error reports, and simpler troubleshooting.

Possible Library Responsibility

Your Profile

Requirements:

• Experience in communication work.
• Good administrative skills.
• Very good IT skills and ability to provide user support.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing.
• Good organizational skills and experience working independently.

Meritorious:

• Educated in communication.
• Experience working in educational activities.
• Experience in library work or other media management.
• Experience with digital learning platforms or similar systems.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is structured, service-oriented, and responsible. You enjoy varied tasks and many points of contact. The role requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and a solution-oriented approach to work.
