Experienced Business Controller wanted for our client. Location can be flexible.

Are you an economist who is triggered by understanding how numbers are interconnected and making them comprehensible for others? Do you want to be a key person who influences the business through smart analyses, clear calculations, and constructive dialogue with the operations? We are looking for someone who is confident in their financial role, curious about business development, and accustomed to communicating financial insights to colleagues in various parts of the organization. In this role, you will work closely with the business and strategically on calculations and bids that form the basis for important decisions.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare business calculations and cost estimates to support bidding processes and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations functions. You are a bridge between finance and operations and help colleagues understand what the numbers mean.
• Develop calculation models, methods, and tools that provide better decision support.
• Present and explain key figures and analyses in a simple and inspiring way for audiences without a financial background.

Our expectations

You have a relevant university degree in finance and experience in calculation work or controlling. You are good at making complex numbers understandable for others, regardless of role or level. The role requires you to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of English.

As a person, you have a confident self-esteem and curiosity; you see opportunities where others see obstacles. You communicate clearly and enjoy cross-functional collaboration. We believe you are someone who wants to influence business decisions and strategy through smart analysis and insight.
