Project Leader/Study Coach at Lindesberg Municipality
Lindesberg Municipality is working towards a future where everyday security meets engagement and curiosity. With us, you have the opportunity to develop operations that make a difference every day. With determination, we create greatness in the small. Our core value is Together! With care, drive, and curiosity.
Our current project leader/study coach will be leaving us, which is why we are now looking for a new colleague. The employment is a project position until July 31, 2027.
You will be one of two employees in the project. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the project coaching team members.
As an employee of Lindesberg Municipality, you will have a secure employer with clear values and a focus on collaboration. You will be part of a supportive and engaged team where knowledge sharing and cooperation are a natural part of everyday life. The role offers opportunities for development and influence while contributing to meaningful efforts for people in our region. The tasks are varied and allow for creativity and initiative, and you will be offered good benefits such as occupational pension, wellness allowance, flexible hours, collectively agreed insurances, and opportunities for professional development (more about benefits here (https://www.lindesberg.se/jobb-och-foretagande/jobba-hos-oss/formaner)).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to combine project management with direct work with people? We are now looking for a project leader in combination with the role of study coach for Project Ciceron. In this position, you will work with both young people and adults who are outside the labor market, both through direct support and coordination of efforts.
As a project leader, you will drive Project Ciceron forward, organize the work, plan, and collaborate with various actors and authorities. You will need to work proactively, promote the initiative, and build trusting relationships.
As a study coach, you will work very closely with individuals who need motivation to study and support in the process to succeed. You will work alongside another study coach who works 50%. Since the project is cross-county, you will also have colleagues in southern Närke as well as Karlskoga/Degerfors.
The position includes many contact points with collaborative actors, employers, and individuals. You will also work a lot administratively with follow-ups to ESF, preparation group for the Coordination Association, among others.
The position involves some travel as you will be active in the four northern municipalities of Lindesberg, Nora, Hällefors, and Ljusnarsberg. There is some opportunity for remote work in agreement with colleagues at the workplace, but the assignment requires that the majority of the work is done physically on site.
