We are now looking for a Contract Support for our headquarters in Örebro. In this role, you will be an important part of our delivery to customers and contribute to a safe, efficient, and professional service experience.

🚀 About the role

As a Contract Support, you are often the first point of contact for our customers – and thus one of Four FM's most important faces outward.

You receive incoming cases, coordinate efforts, and ensure that the right help reaches the customer at the right time. The role resembles many aspects of customer service but combines with greater responsibility for planning, follow-up, and administration.

The work is varied and dynamic – you handle everything from urgent fault reports to planned service orders and coordination of technicians.

You collaborate daily with colleagues, customers, and suppliers – even across national borders – and become part of our international delivery.

📊 Job description

You work with both reactive cases, planned maintenance, and smaller projects. Your responsibility is to ensure that the process from customer order to delivery and invoicing runs smoothly and is documented correctly.

Examples of tasks:

Customer contact and case management

  • Receive fault reports and orders.

  • Answer questions and guide customers further.

  • Prioritize and allocate tasks.

  • Ensure that the customer is kept informed throughout the process.

Planning and coordination

  • Schedule and follow up on planned maintenance.

  • Coordinate technicians, suppliers, and internal resources.

  • Continuously monitor times, status, and deliveries.

Administration and follow-up

  • Register and update cases in our systems.

  • Manage quotes and invoicing documentation.

  • Follow up on complaints and deviations.

  • Support colleagues with statistics, documentation, and reports.

  • Experience in customer service or customer support.

  • Administrative experience.

  • Familiarity with case or service order systems.

📍 Location

The position is based at Four FM's headquarters in Örebro.

🕐 Working hours and employment form
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday from 08:00 to 17:00

  • On-call duty is included according to schedule as a natural part of the job.

  • Permanent employment with an initial probationary period.

  • Start date according to agreement.
