Lillåns Health Center is a medium-sized health center that is growing on the outskirts of Örebro, in the borderland between city and countryside. The health center is part of the Area of Close Care. In the area, there are about 2,400 employees in eleven different operational areas. Close care includes care that is common, frequently occurring, and geographically close to patients. The area includes primary care activities with health centers, health center emergency services, youth clinics, medical advice, asylum and immigrant health, the generally specialized care at the county's three hospitals, and geriatric clinics, as well as activities within habilitation and assistive devices. By expanding cooperation between health centers, specialized hospital care, and the county's municipalities, we create even better care - always with the patient's best interests in focus.

You will work in a team with several medical care administrators and an assistant. The tasks consist of writing medical records, handling referrals, coding diagnoses, controller functions, and introducing care systems and local routines for newly hired staff. Part of the job involves supporting managers in administration related to personnel management, scheduling, working in various personnel administrative systems, and tasks related to the hiring of new staff. We are looking for you who are a trained medical care administrator. To thrive in the role, you should have a general interest in IT and find it easy to create good meetings with both patients and colleagues. Contributing to the development and change projects of the business is something you see as a natural part of your work. We place great importance on personal suitability. We would like you to be flexible, positive, social, and enjoy contacts with both colleagues and patients, as well as have good knowledge of the Swedish language. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in personnel administrative systems as well as Excel and Word.
