Our mission

In the national department for Support and Matching, we provide service and support remotely to job seekers. We work with several important responsibilities such as matching, guidance, and advice, as well as making decisions about interventions for job seekers. Our main mission is to shorten the time in unemployment.

Our workplace

We work together where collaboration and collegial support are central to creating a vibrant atmosphere. The workplace is at the Employment Agency's office in Karlskoga.

Role description

We focus on job seekers, and in your role, you will be an important support for job seekers across the country and make a difference every day. The work requires curiosity with the ability to make the difficult simple. A central part of the role is matching to work and education, guidance, and making decisions about interventions for our job seekers.

Basic requirements for the position

• University/college education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
• Alternatively, have worked at the Employment Agency as an employment officer, decision handler, customer resource, case officer, or service case officer

And

• At least 2 years of work experience, collectively working at least 50 percent for a total of two years
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, that is, a good ability to communicate in speech and writing, as well as high reading comprehension

Other merits for the position

• Worked at least 1 year with support and service to customers via phone
• Worked at least 1 year in government operations
• Worked at least 1 year with guidance towards work and/or studies

Our offer

The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. The workplace is Karlskoga.
