The Opportunity
As an accounting consultant based in Örebro, you will be part of the team in the Mid region where you work with other competent colleagues in accounting, auditing, and tax. You will be responsible for a number of clients across various industries, sizes, and regulations. The role involves close collaboration with clients and colleagues, where you will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships and provide qualified advice.
Responsibilities
In the role of accounting consultant, you will work broadly with accounting services, where you will be responsible for the entire process – from ongoing bookkeeping to year-end closing, annual reports, and tax returns. You will analyze and follow up on clients' financial situations, provide support in accounting issues, and contribute insights that create value. An important part of the job is to work digitally and efficiently with modern tools and to support junior colleagues in their development. You will play a central role in ensuring high quality in deliveries and contributing to the development of our client relationships.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and year-end work.
- Academic degree or equivalent education.
- Good analytical skills and business acumen.
- Ability to build trust and relationships.
- Independent, responsible, and engaged.
- Desirable: basic knowledge of tax issues and/or authorization as an accounting consultant.
