ABOUT THE COMPANY

KGA Logistik AB is one of Sweden's leading distributors of alcoholic products and works closely with Systembolaget as their largest customer. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Galatea AB, they combine local presence in Örebro with strong industry expertise in the import, production, and distribution of beer, wine, and spirits. Since 2005, they have established a modern facility of over 38,000 square meters of warehouse space and offer efficient solutions nationwide.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a consultant via Job&Talent, you will become part of KGA's customer service team, which consists of six individuals with diverse experiences and backgrounds. The team acts as the hub between KGA's customers, carriers, the warehouse, and Systembolaget, focusing on administratively managing the daily order and delivery flow. The role requires independence, a proactive approach, and the ability to take initiative when needed. You communicate clearly both internally and externally and thrive in a close-knit team where the right mindset and collaboration are central. It is also advantageous if you have experience with the Office suite and are accustomed to handling a high volume of emails in a structured manner.

Main responsibilities: • Manual order management, including registration, monitoring, and correction of EDI • Registration and updating of customer and item data in the system • Booking of freight and coordination with carriers • Investigation of balance discrepancies and delivery deviations

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone with strong service skills and good administrative abilities. Previous experience in customer service is not a requirement, but you have a natural service mindset, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. You work responsibly and in a structured manner, approach tasks with precision, and contribute to a positive and solution-oriented team spirit.

We are looking for you who:

• Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Can work independently, take initiative, and communicate clearly • Are structured, meticulous, and administratively skilled • Experience in customer service, transport, or logistics is a plus • Thrive in a team-oriented work environment and actively contribute to a positive workplace

About the position: Consultant assignment for 1 year with a good chance of extension

Location: Örebro

Working hours: 08-17, weekdays with a desired start on March 2. The position is an office job where you, after the introductory period, have the opportunity for flexible hours and to work from home up to 30% of the time.

Other information: KGA applies random drug and alcohol testing to all its employees on an ongoing basis.
