We are now looking for a self-driven and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist for a consulting assignment in the tech industry in Örebro.

Become a key player in the recruitment process – driving search and dialogue with managers in a growing tech company in Örebro. As a Talent Acquisition Partner in Örebro, you will play a key role in a growing tech company focused on digital development and innovation. Here, you will have the opportunity to work closely with managers, identify key competencies, and drive the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis to signing. You will be an important part of securing talent for roles such as data engineers and technical project managers. You will work independently, have a significant influence, and develop your search skills in a fast-paced, engaging, and innovative environment.

Your Employment Offer

This is a consulting assignment starting immediately for at least 1 year, based in Örebro. The role includes travel to other locations a few days a week. Your Responsibilities

Your role includes, among other things:

• Prospecting, identifying, and attracting the right candidates through search
• Driving the entire recruitment process – from job requirements to hiring
• Maintaining close and ongoing dialogue with managers about competency needs
• Proactively developing and improving search strategies and candidate experience
• Recruiting for roles such as data engineers, developers, and technical project managers

You will work independently as you will be the sole person in your role.

Worth Knowing

The assignment is full-time based in Örebro. Some travel days per week may occur, especially within the Mitt and Östergötland regions. You will be a consultant through TNG, and the assignment is expected to last at least 12 months. You will work closely with internal managers, salespeople, and other recruiters in a dynamic team.

Our Expectations

We are looking for someone with previous experience in recruitment and search within the tech or IT industry. You are self-driven, goal-oriented, and curious – you enjoy taking responsibility and driving processes forward. To succeed in this role, you should also have strong communication skills, feel comfortable engaging with managers, and be able to manage multiple processes simultaneously. You need to be proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
