We are now looking for several summer employees for Humana Sweden's Payroll Department and Payroll Support in Örebro. Here you will work together with dedicated colleagues who provide excellent service to our customers, employees, and partners on a daily basis, ensuring that our skilled employees receive the right salary on time.
About the positions
Payroll Administrator
As a payroll administrator with us, your main responsibilities will be to administer salaries and expenses for our personal assistants and clients. The role includes contact with clients, personal assistants, project managers, and authorities. You will assist in answering questions about salaries, time reports, and expenses. Common tasks include:
Time reports
Salary registration
Allowances and expenses
Taxation of benefits
Payroll Support
As a payroll administrator, you will also help staff our Payroll Support according to a rotating schedule as needed. Your main tasks here will be to be our clients' and personal assistants' primary contact for questions about salaries and time reporting. You will resolve simpler issues via phone or email. Other administrative work may also occur.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who wants to work according to our core values engagement, joy, and responsibility and who has experience working with administration, service, and customer contact. Previous experience with payroll, administration, and knowledge of Agresso is an advantage. It is beneficial if you are a student at a university or college, preferably with a focus on economics or law, or if you are studying to become a human resources consultant or payroll consultant at a vocational school.
As a person, you are meticulous, structured, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team. To thrive in this role, you need to be accustomed to handling multiple tasks simultaneously, which places high demands on flexibility and stress tolerance. You have experience with phone communication, customer contacts, and delivering high-level service. We expect our employees to always do their utmost to provide excellent service to our customers, assistants, and partners. This also means working to provide good service to colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.

The positions are temporary from June to August 2026. You will work full-time, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with the possibility of flexible hours. The location is at Humana's Örebro office.
