Your Role

As a Risk & Compliance Manager, you will support the Ground Combat business in matters related to risk management and compliance. The key to success is being proactive and driven while using your expertise to support the business in these areas. In the role of Risk & Compliance Manager, you will have several different points of contact within the company. You will be part of a team under Business Support that supports the Ground Combat business unit.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting, developing, and driving the work related to risk & compliance at Ground Combat.
• Analyzing, planning, and documenting various risk activities and supporting the development of methods that eliminate or mitigate risks.
• Driving work within risk management in programs or projects, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and/or Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).
• Providing expert support in matters concerning compliance with requirements and regulations, such as those related to information security, laws, and customer-specific requirements.
• Participating in and conducting various audits.
• Coordinating different projects or working groups and being the business representative in various forums within the risk & compliance area.
• Conducting training/workshops on risk & compliance.

We would also like you to have the following skills:

• Academic education, preferably with experience from production in regulated industries.
• Experience in risk management, requirement management and follow-up, quality assurance, compliance issues, or related fields.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and governing documentation.
• Experience leading and/or participating in activities and/or projects.
• Experience leading workshops and training sessions.
• Excellent ability to collaborate both internally and externally.
• Ability to work independently and drive issues forward.
• Experience with policies, processes, controls, and audits is a plus.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
