About the position
We are now looking for a responsible and driven Quality and Delivery Coordinator for BAE's quality department. In this role, you will be a central part of the work to ensure high quality and correct delivery documentation. You will be responsible for the administration of delivery documents and work closely with other quality functions to minimize quality deficiencies and maintain a high level at all stages.
Main responsibilities:
- Quality assure and provide feedback to assembly when deviations or deficiencies are detected.
- Create and administer delivery documentation to customers.
- Digitize and structure technical documentation in the PLM system.
- Ensure that certificates for safety-critical details are correct and approved.
- Actively collaborate with other quality functions to prevent and minimize quality deficiencies.

Your profile
To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative work with high accuracy.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with PLM and SAP.

- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented.
- High sense of responsibility and engagement.
- Ability to independently drive activities forward.
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new things.

The position involves work that is subject to defense secrecy, therefore we require Swedish citizenship. A security clearance and health check will be conducted before employment.
