About the role

As an Office Administrator, you are the hub of our office. Your overall responsibility is to create a professional and pleasant work environment and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. You work closely with primarily janitors, IT, office managers, as well as support functions and employees to maintain a high standard.

Your main tasks

The role is broad and varied, with elements of both administration, service, and coordination:

  • Office Service & Work Environment: Responsible for keeping the office tidy and welcoming, maintaining coffee machines, fruit deliveries, and purchasing supplies.
  • Visits & Events: Welcome visitors, book conferences, plan internal/external meetings, and coordinate travel and hotel bookings.
  • Administration: Handle invoices in Medius, manage access cards, be responsible for the in- and outflow of ergonomic and technical equipment (e.g., office furniture/laptops/mobiles), and manage incoming deliveries.
  • Recruitment Support & Marketing: Represent Transcom at fairs, participate in local marketing, and support the recruitment team during candidate days and interviews.
  • Well-being: Plan and execute staff activities such as Christmas parties, breakfasts, and health weeks through our Well-being Group.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

  • Driver's License: A B driver's license (manual) is an absolute requirement.
  • Are a natural organizer who is comfortable with both administrative tasks (such as invoicing) and practical work.
  • Are proactive, service-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can take a lot of personal responsibility.

About the employment

  • Employment type: Temporary until 2027-08-31
  • Start: March 2026.
  • Scope: 100%, daytime weekdays from 07:30 to 16:00
  • Location: Örebro.
  • Collective agreement: Almega Service Companies.
