Customer Service Representative Wanted at Elon Group

Responsibilities
Your tasks and main responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming cases for Elon Customer Support
- Support for members, customers & end consumers via email, case management systems, phone, and chat
- Order administration and order placement
- Minor sales tasks and campaign information
- You will also handle other support inquiries such as information on delays, delivery updates, delivery bookings, and product questions
- E-commerce support for retail stores and consumers
- Receiving error reports and escalation within the organization
- Store administration
In this role, you will be part of a team located in an open office landscape within a larger group. The positions are based in Örebro, and you will report to the Group Manager for Customer Support B2C.
Personal Qualities and Experience
We expect you to have completed high school education and experience in service or customer support. You have good knowledge of the Office suite and preferably the business systems Jeeves and/or Magento. Experience from the home electronics, white goods, or transport industries, as well as the case management system ImBox, is an advantage.
To thrive in this role, we see that you are service-oriented, positive, driven, and enjoy working with people. You have a professional demeanor and find it easy to present and communicate information. You also have a systematic approach to work, are accustomed to working in various systems, and can easily follow instructions, templates, manuals, and established routines.
