About the Job

We are now looking for a motivated and service-minded sales associate with a strong work ethic, who wants to spread positivity and energy in our store in Vågen. The position is a temporary part-time role of 17 hours/week and will last until the end of summer 2026. We expect to fill the position in February.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and customer service
• Restocking merchandise
• Ensuring the store is clean and inviting
• Cash handling and participation in opening/closing

About You

We are looking for an engaged and hard-working sales associate who:

• Is service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Is a team player who sees opportunities rather than limitations
• Is willing to learn Deichmann's shoe concept
• Is prepared for hard physical work as heavy lifting may occur

There are many paths into Deichmann; your attitude and commitment are the most important qualities. You may have previous experience in service roles, such as restaurant/store, or worked in a similar industry where you are used to a fast pace, or you may be seeking your first job where you want to learn, develop, and have the right attitude. If you are someone who enjoys interacting with people and wants to give that little extra to the customer, this job could be for you. You are someone who takes responsibility and thrives on challenges. We also appreciate if you are open to working in nearby stores and have the ability to work extra hours when needed. You must be at least 18 years old to work with us, and you should speak and write fluent Swedish.
