About the position:

Do you want to be part of building a business that truly makes a difference? Textilia is in an exciting growth phase and is now looking for an Account Manager for the Cleanroom business area in Örebro.
Here you will have the opportunity to be a key person in the startup of a modern and sustainable cleanroom laundry operation – a role for you who is motivated by creating new business and long-term customer relationships within an industry with high demands for quality, hygiene, and traceability.

You will drive the entire sales process – from prospecting to contracts – and lay the foundation for future collaborations with customers in areas such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, as well as electronics and semiconductor industries. The role combines strategic sales work with advisory customer dialogues, where you become the customer's natural partner in matters of process and quality.

The position is a direct recruitment to Textilia and the recruitment process is handled by Cleverex Bemanning.

Your responsibilities:

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and expanding Textilia's Cleanroom operations in the Swedish and Norwegian markets.


You will among other things:

  • Identify and engage new customers within prioritized segments, such as pharmaceuticals, medical technology, and industry.
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships with the customers you establish.
  • Project manage customer startups and coordinate internal resources to ensure quality and delivery.
  • Participate in networks and industry activities to strengthen Textilia's position in the market.
  • Work in CRM systems where you map the market and position
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Sweden and Denmark to share experiences and drive growth together.

The role is field-oriented, focusing on customer meetings at the customer's location. You plan your own day and prioritize the business opportunities that create the most value.

Your profile:

You are a structured and engaged relationship builder with business acumen and perseverance. You thrive in a role where you can combine advisory customer dialogues with business strategic work.
You understand the importance of building trust over time and have the ability to understand the customer's processes and needs.

We are looking for you who:

  • Have experience in B2B sales of services, preferably in technology-intensive or regulated environments.
  • Are used to working with longer sales cycles and independently driving sales processes from lead to contract.
  • Have good business understanding and enjoy calculating business opportunities and analyzing data in e.g. Excel.
  • Are networking, humble, and attentive – you build trust both internally and externally.
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Have a driver's license (B) and are prepared for occasional travel, sometimes with overnight stays.

Meritorious:

  • Experience working according to ISO 9001, ISO 14644, or GMP.
  • Familiarity with LOU (Public Procurement Act).

Other:

  • Location: You will be based at Textilia's cleanroom laundry in Örebro but will collaborate with the division's sales and customer teams in Sweden and Denmark.
  • Scope: Full-time
  • Employment type: Permanent with a probationary period (6 months)
  • Start date: By agreement
  • Travel: Travel and overnight stays occur in the position
  • Background check: Conducted before employment
