Diamax continues to expand and has launched a sales team with the opportunity to work 100% remotely.

Diamax operates as a reseller for several of Sweden's strongest brands and well-known clients across a range of industries – from publishing and grocery delivery to electricity and telecommunications. By combining proven sales methods with strong brands, good conditions for professional and successful sales work are created.

In the role of salesperson, you will work with outbound sales via phone. You will have the opportunity to further develop your skills in telephone sales by working with various products and services. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the team and management, with ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure quality, development, and results.

Your development is a central part of Diamax's success. During your employment, theory and practice are alternated, and you will receive continuous feedback, coaching, and further education. - Monday–Friday
- Working hours: 09:00–18:00

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with at least six months of documented experience in outbound telemarketing and who works professionally with a clear focus on results and quality in customer dialogue. You have a professional approach in your contact with customers and understand the importance of representing both clients and brands in a serious manner.

As a person, you are engaged, curious, and motivated by continuously developing in your role. You are self-driven, take responsibility for your work, and have a good understanding of the connection between your own efforts and achieved results. At the same time, you value a work environment where people support each other, collaborate, and work towards common goals.

Requirements:
- At least 6 months of documented experience in outbound telemarketing.
- Access to your own computer + headset to perform the work from home.
- Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
- Ability to provide a reference that confirms previous experience and employment accuracy.

A criminal record extract will be requested before employment.
