About the position

Our customers subscribe to one of Bonnier News' titles such as Expressen and Dagens Nyheter, Expressen's magazine, and various local newspapers. In your role as a customer service representative, you will support inquiries regarding payments, subscriptions, complaints, etc. You will answer customers' questions and concerns and offer upselling, aiming to find the best possible solution for the customer.

In this role, it is of utmost importance that you provide first-class service to the customer during both customer contact and the subsequent administrative work. A computer will be your primary tool as you mainly receive your customers via phone and manage subscriptions in various systems. We always strive to resolve the customer's issue on the first contact. We want to provide a positive customer experience and create added value for both the customer and the company.

We are looking for someone who has

• Completed secondary education
• Experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
• Good IT skills and system familiarity.

It is an advantage if you have worked with the phone as your primary tool in customer service or a similar profession.

We are located in nice premises at Klostergatan 23 in Örebro.

This is a part-time position as needed, ongoing.
