Customer Manager for our facility in Örebro

Our current customer manager is moving on to new challenges, and we are looking for a new person who is passionate about making deals and building good relationships with our existing customers. With us, you will be part of a customer service team of 5 people, and at the facility, we have a total of about 35 employees.

More specifically, the role involves:

  • As a customer manager, you create good and long-term relationships with our customers in Sweden

  • You plan and independently carry out your customer visits and customer activities

  • You deliver a business-oriented and attractive solution for the customer

  • You renegotiate and rescue existing contracts

  • You have your own budget and KPIs

  • You work closely with our salespeople and service staff

  • 3-4 days a week you are out with customers (travel days with overnight stays may occur)

Who are you? You are a structured, persistent, and goal-oriented person who always has the customer in focus. You are great at handling different personalities and can manage various situations without losing your professionalism. You are driven by meeting new people, making deals, and closing sales. In this recruitment, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

What can you do? Experience with customer contacts is a requirement, and business acumen is a must to succeed in this position. A couple of years of experience in similar tasks where successful customer contact from B2B is particularly meritorious. You have at least a high school education and are proficient in Microsoft Office. You speak and write Swedish fluently. A driver's license is required.
