We are now looking for a Service Manager for our service operations in Zinkgruvan – a role for you who want to manage, create stability, and build long-term relationships with both employees and customers.

Here you will be an important part of the daily operations, close to both people and machines, in an environment where safety, quality, and continuity are crucial.

Your mission

As Service Manager in Zinkgruvan, you have overall responsibility for the local service operations. You lead and plan the work for service technicians, administrative/warehouse functions, and supervisors, ensuring that the operations run smoothly and efficiently over time.

The role is operational and present, with a large part of the work related to daily operations and customer contact. The focus is on managing existing workflows, ensuring good delivery, and creating a safe and well-functioning work environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and distribute work within the local workforce.
• Be a present manager who supports, coaches, and creates structure in daily operations.
• Ensure good safety, work environment, and preventive measures.
• Be the primary contact for customers and build long-term relationships.
• Be responsible for the service workshop, administration, and warehouse operations.
• Financial responsibility for the operations, including budget, follow-up, and reporting.
• Calculate and provide quotes as needed.
• Work for good collaboration with the sales organization.
• Maintain and develop existing service agreements and support local marketing.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We believe you have experience leading staff in service, industry, or workshop environments and have a good understanding of what it takes to run a well-functioning service operation. You are practical, structured, and comfortable taking responsibility for both people and results.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

• Previous leadership experience with personnel responsibility.
• A technical background or strong technical interest.
• Basic knowledge of finance, follow-up, and reporting.
• Good computer skills and experience with business/ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Driver's license (B).

Location and Travel

This position is based in Zinkgruvan. Travel may occur as part of the job.
