We are now looking for a full-time receptionist in Örebro for one of our clients. The position is suitable for you who are service-oriented, professional, and enjoy a role with varied tasks and many points of contact.

About the position

As a receptionist, you are the company's face to the outside world and play a central role in creating a welcoming and structured work environment. You are responsible for the daily operations of the reception as well as administrative tasks that support the business.

Responsibilities
  • Receive visitors and handle incoming calls and emails
  • Be responsible for booking meeting rooms and conference services
  • Manage mail, couriers, and deliveries
  • Perform administrative tasks such as registration and document management
  • Order office supplies and maintain order in common areas
  • Support colleagues in various administrative matters
Qualifications
  • Experience from reception, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and in an organized manner

Meritorious

  • Experience with switchboard systems
  • Previous work in a service-intensive environment
  • Familiarity with booking or case management systems
