We are now looking for a full-time receptionist in Örebro for one of our clients. The position is suitable for you who are service-oriented, professional, and enjoy a role with varied tasks and many points of contact.
About the positionAs a receptionist, you are the company's face to the outside world and play a central role in creating a welcoming and structured work environment. You are responsible for the daily operations of the reception as well as administrative tasks that support the business.
Responsibilities- Receive visitors and handle incoming calls and emails
- Be responsible for booking meeting rooms and conference services
- Manage mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Perform administrative tasks such as registration and document management
- Order office supplies and maintain order in common areas
- Support colleagues in various administrative matters
- Experience from reception, customer service, or administrative roles
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
Meritorious
- Experience with switchboard systems
- Previous work in a service-intensive environment
- Familiarity with booking or case management systems
