Recent graduate in Human Resources? Take charge of summer recruitment at Boliden Zinkgruvan

We are now looking for a recent graduate in HR to take on the role of recruiter at the exciting Boliden Zinkgruvan, just outside Askersund. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting approximately 70 summer workers for both the mine and the plant. A perfect first job for you who want to work practically with recruitment, volume processes, and close collaboration with managers and supervisors. You will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility, work in parallel processes, and build valuable experience in HR and recruitment. We are looking for someone who is available immediately, full-time or part-time (60%) alongside your final semester of studies. A valid driver's license and access to a car are prerequisites. Your tasks

• Be responsible for the recruitment of summer workers in collaboration with managers and supervisors
• Design, publish, and follow up on job advertisements
• Work with selection, interviews, and reference checks
• Maintain ongoing contact with candidates and ensure a good candidate experience
• Administer and follow up on the recruitment process in the HR system

The position is located at Boliden Zinkgruvan and is full-time with daytime working hours. You will be part of an HR team consisting of three competent colleagues. The work takes place on-site at the client, which means that a valid driver's license and access to a car are required.

Our expectations

Must-haves:

• Degree in HR, Human Resources, or equivalent (or in your final semester)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license and access to a car

• Previous experience in recruitment
