As an HR Officer at the Swedish Transport Agency, you will work closely with our entire operation. An operation where many work on large, complex, and socially important assignments.

The HR section is divided into three teams responsible for driving the Transport Agency's operational HR issues. You will belong to our recruitment team. The team is engaged and works closely with the operation, has broad cooperation with managers, union representatives, and other departments to best facilitate the work of staffing the authority. If necessary, you may also work with other tasks within the HR area.

We are located in Norrköping, Örebro, and Borlänge. Travel in the service may occur.

You will

• work closely, support, and coach the recruiting manager throughout the recruitment process
• be responsible for the administration in our recruitment system
• ensure a good candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• work and support managers based on applicable laws and regulations.

You must have

• a bachelor's degree with a focus on HR, personnel, and labor issues
• current work experience of independently conducting all parts of a recruitment process
• current experience of competency-based recruitment methodology
• experience working with public sector recruitment
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you also have

• experience in recruitment within the IT field.

More information

The employment is temporary (sava) until December 31, 2026. The employment may possibly be extended. Place of employment is Örebro. Filling the position as soon as possible, but no later than April 30. As an employee with us, there is an opportunity to work remotely up to three days a week. The needs of the operation and the nature of the tasks will determine whether and to what extent this is possible. An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.

About the Swedish Transport Agency
