The Swedish National Board of Institutional Care, SiS, is an authority responsible for individually adapted compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial problems and for adults with substance abuse. SiS LVM home Runnagården accepts women with alcohol, drug, or mixed substance abuse. We accept women with mental health issues as well as aggressive women with violent behavior. We also accept women undergoing medication-assisted treatment (LARO).

Job Description

The position consists of a combination of financial and system administrative tasks. As a financial administrator, you will work to develop, streamline, and ensure the quality of the financial work at the institution. The tasks include ongoing bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, invoice management, as well as responsibility for purchases and contracts. As a system administrator, you will work with our technical security systems, IT support, and ordering and installation of certain technical equipment. An important role is to support the operations and management team in financial and system administrative matters.

Qualifications

You should have completed upper secondary education with a focus on economics or another educational background that the employer deems equivalent. We prefer that you have documented experience from qualified financial work and are accustomed to working in the Office suite, primarily Excel. Experience from work within the public sector is also an advantage.

To succeed in the role of financial administrator, you need to be service-oriented, structured, flexible, and meticulous. It is crucial to be efficient combined with a strong sense of responsibility, as you will plan, organize, and prioritize your work independently. Furthermore, it is important to have good collaboration skills and keep the best interests of the core operations in focus.

Employment:

The position is a fixed-term employment during the summer starting from June 1, or by agreement, until August 19.
