We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team in Örebro/Karlstad/Dalarna, with Örebro as the starting point.
In this combined role, you will; As a recruiter, work closely with both account managers and personnel administrators, owning and being responsible for the entire recruitment process – from selection to interviews and references to hiring.
As a job matcher, the work primarily consists of coaching, guiding, and supporting job seekers into jobs or studies, through individual conversations and workshops. The work is characterized by a clear results focus with the goal of helping participants into employment and supporting and motivating them throughout the job search process. The work also involves contact with employers as well as some administrative and outreach tasks.
Your main tasks:
- Drive recruitment processes from search and selection to interviews and reference checks.
- Create candidate flow through advertising and proactive candidate outreach.
- Conduct individual and group interviews.
- Collaborate with account managers to secure staffing needs.
- Support in administration related to employment, schedules, and consulting matters.
- Coach/guide participants through both digital and physical conversations.
- Conduct workshops/group meetings.
- Employer contact.
- Staffing of the office based on visitor opening hours.
The position is a full-time employment with working hours, Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00, as the colleague will be responsible for staffing the opening hours, the working hours are scheduled and based out of the office in Örebro.

REQUIREMENTS to be considered for the position:
- Meet either alternative 1 or 2
Alternative 1
- Have completed at least 180 higher education credits at the university level (120 credits according to the previous system) in: working life, organization and personnel work, study and career guidance, business administration, work psychology, behavioral science, occupational therapy, or within the framework of the social work education, or another relevant area.
- AND at least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time.
Alternative 2
- Have completed at least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with passing results.
- AND at least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks mentioned below:
- Personnel management with staff responsibility.
- Recruitment.
- Transition work for job seekers.
- Study and career guidance.
- Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration).
- Work with labor market and employment issues.
- Work with social and group psychology.
- Career guidance.
- Can provide certificates showing previous work experience and completed studies.
- Speak very good Swedish and English.
- Additional knowledge of one more language is an advantage.
