JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position as a planner means that you and your colleagues, in dialogue with the unit manager, are responsible for the daily planning and distribution of staff in our home care groups. Tasks included in the job are, for example, staffing, booking personnel, receiving and managing sick and health notifications, and documenting to ensure that sick leave and attendance are accurate. It also includes ensuring that routines and job descriptions of various kinds are current for the area of responsibility. It is also important to be involved and contribute to the development and improvement of home care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, and able to handle stress. You are good at building trust, have strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor. You have the ability to prioritize when the pace is high and are confident in making decisions. Furthermore, you are a solution-oriented team player with a strong commitment to care issues and a desire to contribute to a good work environment and quality in care. It is also important that you can see and understand the whole picture of staff planning and the importance of resource allocation. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

You need to have good computer skills and be quick to learn new systems. Knowledge of TC-Pool, Timecare, and Life Care Planning is preferred. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is also required. Experience in care and support work within home care is an advantage.
