The unit for financial support is organizationally under the Social Administration. The main task of the unit is to work towards helping recipients of financial support find their own means of support through work and studies. We offer flexible hours, exercise time/exercise allowance, and external supervision.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an administrative officer, you are a central part of the social work by ensuring that the work flows smoothly behind the scenes. You are the spider in the web of the operation and support both social workers and managers in their work, manage and organize information, and ensure that the operation functions smoothly and legally. The work primarily includes administrative tasks such as handling incoming physical and digital mail, invoice management, support and accounting in the operational system Viva, orders, handling of own funds cases, housing social contracts, and emergency apartments, as well as other administrative tasks based on the needs of the operation. The work also includes working with routines and follow-ups in the operation, digitization, and actively participating in development and improvement work.

You are part of the Financial Support workgroup but collaborate closely with the other two administrators in the operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying have a high school diploma with an administrative or economic focus as a foundation. It is an advantage if you also have post-secondary education in administration, economics, or another area that the employer deems relevant.

For the role, it is required that you have professional experience from administrative work in areas such as administration or economic administration, where you have worked independently and had responsibility for similar tasks as those included in the position. You need to be comfortable working in various operational systems and have an easy time adapting to new tools and work methods.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Good system and computer skills
  • Driver's license B
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Experience working within social services is an advantage.

Employment scope: 100%.

Employment form: Fixed-term employment for 6 months with a possible extension.
