Are you an ambitious, dedicated, and positive medical care administrator? We welcome your application to us!! We offer a varied job within administration where accuracy, service, and a sense of responsibility are a natural part of the work. The administration consists of nineteen medical care administrators. Our mission is to serve the various medical units of the Neuro Center with patient administration. Something that is close to our hearts is diagnosis and procedure coding where we help each other and other professions. We also participated in a pilot regarding digital dictation with AI = Tandem that started on June 2. We are facing a development and change of tasks. This means that the tasks for medical care administrators will change already during the spring. Some medical care administrators will be part of the various teams/disease groups where the work will initially focus on quality registers, waiting lists, and meeting notes, with calling and possibly more tasks added later. The Neuro Center started on April 1, 2025, where specialty areas - neurology, neurophysiology, neurosurgery, and rehabilitation medicine are included. The Neuro Center includes inpatient wards, NIMA, outpatient clinics, day care, and administration. We are divided into the various specialties except for the administration that works broadly for the four specialties.

The Neuro Center area is a broad operation that consists of outpatient clinics in neurology, neurosurgery, neurophysiology, and rehabilitation medicine as well as inpatient wards. We work on developing care chains for our patient groups in close cooperation between different professions and across specialty boundaries, both internally at the clinic and externally in the region. Education and research take place in collaboration with Örebro University.

Örebro University Hospital (USÖ) is one of the county's three emergency hospitals where we provide advanced healthcare, research, and education. Both in 2020 and 2019, USÖ received the prestigious award for Best University Hospital from the newspaper Dagens Medicin. USÖ won the most important category of medical quality, had the best results in the categories of accessibility, economy, and avoiding pressure sores and overcrowding. USÖ also tops the results in the areas of heart, kidney failure, and vascular surgery. USÖ has about 3,500 employees. We who work here are very proud of our hospital and base our work on collaboration, development, and professionalism.
